These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IZIPAY website (izipay.me), the user dashboard, mobile interfaces, the B2B API, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). The Platform is operated by IZIPAY Solutions Group, a company registered in Hong Kong with registered office at Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong ("we", "us", "our").
IZIPAY Solutions Group is a technology intermediary. We do not hold customer funds, do not issue cards directly, and do not provide regulated financial services. Card issuance, crypto-to-fiat conversion, and balance custody are performed by licensed third-party providers ("Service Providers"). We provide the technical infrastructure that connects your wallet to these regulated entities.
By creating an account, ordering a card, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

3. Eligibility & Jurisdictional Restrictions
To use the Platform you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and not a resident, citizen, or located in a Restricted Jurisdiction.
We do not actively verify your geographic location through IP, device fingerprint, or VPN detection. Compliance with this Section is your sole responsibility. Using the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any Card issuance fees paid.
4. Compliance & No-KYC Policy
IZIPAY operates a No-KYC service. We do not collect government-issued identity documents, biometric data, or proof of address from Users for ordinary Card issuance or top-ups within the limits set in Section 5.
However, our Service Providers are subject to anti-money-laundering ("AML") and counter-terrorist-financing ("CTF") obligations. We reserve the right, at our discretion or upon Service Provider request, to:
- Pause or freeze a Card pending investigation;
- Request additional information regarding the source of funds;
- Block transactions that appear linked to sanctioned entities or fraudulent activity;
- Report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
5. Fees & Transaction Limits
All fees and limits listed below are current as of the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and may be amended in accordance with Section 12.
6. Payments & Refund Policy
Card issuance is paid in cryptocurrency via our integrated payment processor. Once the blockchain transaction is confirmed, the Card is issued automatically by our Service Provider.
Exception — Card Not Issued: If, for any technical reason, your Card is not successfully issued within 72 hours after payment confirmation, you are entitled to a free replacement Card or, at our sole discretion, account credit equal to the issuance fee. No cash or crypto refund is provided in any circumstance.
Card Balance Withdrawals: Funds you top up onto your Card balance remain your property and may be withdrawn back to a cryptocurrency wallet at any time, subject to a 3% withdrawal processing fee covering the Service Provider conversion cost. Balance withdrawals are not refunds — they are returns of pre-existing user funds.
7. Acceptable Use & Decline Policy
The Card and Platform must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud;
- Purchase of controlled substances, narcotics, or weapons;
- Transactions with sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions;
- Online gambling in jurisdictions where prohibited for the User;
- Funding of darknet marketplaces or similar illicit services;
- Circumvention of Service Provider sanctions screening.
In the event of permanent block under the Decline Policy, your remaining Card balance is fully protected. You may contact support to either (a) withdraw the remaining balance to a cryptocurrency wallet, or (b) request a free replacement Card.

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Volatility risk — cryptocurrencies fluctuate; the fiat value of your top-up may change between deposit and spending;
- Counterparty risk — Service Providers may suspend, terminate, or modify services with limited notice;
- Technical risk — blockchain congestion, API downtime, or maintenance windows may delay Card issuance or top-ups;
- Regulatory risk — changes in law (including in your jurisdiction) may restrict use of the Platform;
- Security risk — loss of your account credentials, 2FA device, or private keys may result in irreversible loss of funds.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy, available at izipay.me/privacy-policy, forms an integral part of these Terms and describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Data Retention. We retain account, transaction, and communication records for a period of seven (7) years from the date of last activity, in line with standard financial-services record-keeping practice.
Right of Erasure. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will process the request within 30 days, subject to legal and regulatory retention obligations that may require us to preserve certain records in anonymized form.
11. API Access & Automation
Automated access to the Platform — including scraping, bots, headless browsers, or any non-human interaction — is prohibited unless you are an approved B2B partner using our official API under a signed integration agreement.
B2B API access is granted at our discretion and is subject to separate API Terms. Unauthorised automation will result in immediate suspension and may trigger forfeiture of account funds related to abusive activity.
12. Modifications to These Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always published at this URL, with the "Last updated" date reflecting the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for periodically reviewing this page.
13. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you (a) breach these Terms, (b) provide false information, (c) use the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction, (d) engage in prohibited activity under Section 7, or (e) are flagged by a Service Provider for AML or fraud reasons.
Upon termination, you may request withdrawal of any remaining Card balance subject to AML verification by the Service Provider. Card issuance fees are forfeited and not refundable.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force at the time of arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The number of arbitrators shall be one.
You waive any right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings against us.
15. General Provisions
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms (e.g., B2B API Terms), constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours, including in connection with a merger or sale.
Force Majeure. We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including blockchain outages, Service Provider failures, regulatory action, war, pandemic, or natural disaster.
Language. The English version of these Terms is the only legally binding version. Translations are for convenience only.
